Legal Advice of Africa is an online directory connecting people seeking legal help with lawyers. It is operated by LAoA SY LLC, Francis Rachel Street, Victoria, Seychelles. Email: [email protected].
Independent legal services
We provide introductions and directory information. LAoA does not provide legal advice or act as your lawyer. Browsing a profile or sending an enquiry does not itself create a lawyer–client relationship. Agree scope, fees, confidentiality, conflicts checks and engagement terms directly with your chosen lawyer. Check their current professional registration and suitability for your jurisdiction. Profile activation is permission to appear in the directory, not a guarantee of credentials, competence or results.
Using the directory
You may browse and send genuine requests for legal assistance. Provide accurate contact details, and do not impersonate another person, send spam, harass others, upload unlawful content or attempt to compromise the service. Do not send confidential or sensitive case material through the initial enquiry form. The selected lawyer receives your enquiry and our team receives a quality-control copy, as explained in our privacy policy.
Lawyer accounts and profiles
Lawyers are responsible for accurate, current profile information, professional authorisation and compliance with their local professional rules. Only upload content and photographs you are entitled to use. You give us permission to store and display submitted profile material for operating the directory. Keep login credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. New profiles require activation before public display. We may request corrections, decline activation or suspend misleading, abusive or unlawful listings. Contact us to correct a listing, dispute a decision or close an account.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the directory useful and accurate, but information may be incomplete or out of date and service interruptions may occur. We do not promise a response, engagement or outcome from any lawyer. Lawyers are independently responsible for advice and services they provide. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law; nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content and other services
The site design and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Profile material remains subject to its owners’ rights. Links to other services do not mean we control their content or privacy practices. Do not republish personal profile information in ways that breach privacy, professional or intellectual-property rights.

Applicable mandatory laws and any consumer protections available to you remain in force. We may update these terms as the service changes; the revision date appears above.
