In the past 10 years, he has traversed the complexities of civil litigation, corporate/commercial practice and real estate brokerage. He has and still consults for Access Bank PLC, UBA PLC, Zenith Bank PLC and several public listed companies and start ups. Ehis Considers himself more of a business lawyer and a business focused lawyer, as he has advised several start ups on legal framework for their businesses, compliance and regulatory business needs, likewise with large companies, he has supported them with post incorporation, compliance and regulatory advisory. Ehis also has a bias for entertainment & media, especially in artiste and record label contractual relationship. Ehis has an eye for detail and a unique ability to identify legal problems and design effective solutions to eliminate them.
